General Guarantee

At Wesche Jewelers, we are proud of the products and services we offer. We believe wholeheartedly in standing behind what we sell and the expert services we provide. If at any time you are not satisfied with a product or service, please notify us immediately. Rest assured that we will address the situation for you promptly and cheerfully.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with the jewelry you purchase from us and enjoy wearing it, or feel good about giving it as a gift. If the item you purchased is not everything you want it to be, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full, no questions asked, refund or exchange. The item must be in new, unused and unaltered condition, and all paperwork (such as a certificate) must be returned with the merchandise. Items that are special ordered or custom made are not returnable. However, we will work with you to correct or improve any issues.

Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the item. 

Shipping

Any Purchase over $500 receives free standard 2-3-day shipping. Two-day and overnight shipping is available for a fee.  Note that Items are usually processed and shipped within 1 – 3 days 

High value items may require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature may be required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address. 

Wesche Jewelers’ only ships within the United States.

Gift Wrap

Wesche Jewelers offers complimentary gift wrapping. Simply indicate whether or not you would like your item gift wrapped when checking out.

In-store and Curbside pick-up

All items will be available for pick-up in our store or we have convenient curbside delivery. Simply pull up to the front of our store and call 321-254-5441 or text 321-204-8307 and a Sales Associate will be right out. We may ask for a photo ID for verification as well.

All items ordered before 1 p.m. will be available for same day pick-up. We will notify you by email once your item is ready for pick up.
